On the shores of Sheridan beach!!! This newly remodled home has 2 additional rec rooms in addition to the large living room for plenty of space while visiting your extended family. While it has central air, it also has lots of windows and ceiling fans to enjoy the warm breezes off of Lake Michigan!
The main level has an enclosed sitting porch overlooking Lake Shore Dr. perfect for people watching as you read or ponder. Also on the main level is a spacious remodled kitchen with dining off of it for 6, then a seperate enclosed porch on the back of the home with dining for 10 with Lake Views~!
In the main floor rec room, you have a flat screen with cable or another huge living room off the rec room with large fireplace. Downstairs is 3 berooms, 1 bath rec room with an even larger flat screen with cable and foosball table perfect for the kids to play for hours! The lower level walkout to patio with direct beach access, outdoor grill and more parking offers a great vacation home on the Shores of Sheridan BEACH.
